Have you looked inside her beak for any mucous, canker or lesions?
I agree, it looks like crop adjustment. If the crop is emptying overnight...
Poop looks relatively normal to me.
Is she able to stand, walk around and perhaps go outside to interact with her flock for periods of time during the day?
What do you feed, including treats? Do you provide grit?
Gapeworm is fairly rare, getting a fecal float is a good idea, but if you find nothing else, you can try deworming and see if that helps. Treat for Coccidiosis while you are at it.
Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer, give at a rate of 0.23ml per pound of weight once daily for 5 days in a row. This is for deworming.
Corid for Coccidiosis.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
