I’m at a loss with what to do for this young hen.

She’s about 16 weeks old and I’ve been attempting to introduce her (and 2 others) to our flock. I was carrying them out to the crate within the larger run last weekend and noticed she had an open beak and ended up inducing vomiting accidentally. I was concerned it was sour crop so I researched and I’m not convinced.
She doesn’t have a sour smell to her beak/mouth or her throw up so I thought maybe impacted crop but when her crop is full, it does not get hard and is more of a water balloon.

On Friday, I moved her to seclusion and have been giving her generic monistat cream twice a day mixed with a little cottage cheese and sprinkled with crumbles - she has not avoided food or water and acted seemingly normal since the start. She has had access to grit as well. Monistat started Friday afternoon and she had a smaller/reduced crop starting Saturday. I could still feel a little substance/grit but I was happy with the progress and wanted to reintroduce her to the other two similar aged hens but today we’ve taken a step back.
Just went to check on her before bed and her crop is full to the point that I could induce vomiting if I massaged too much. She has gotten a little more aggressive as well - I’m sure because she’s hungry.

I was thinking slow/pendulous crop as of Saturday/Sunday and planned to make and trial a crop bra with her but with the regression we saw today, I’m not sure. I’m hoping she’ll have a reduced crop in the morning but I’m not feeling very hopeful.

I don’t want to lose this little lady but I’m at a loss. What the heck do I do now?

A crop should be filled at bedtime if she's been eating.

Check the crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to see if it's emptied. This is the best way to gauge function. Some chickens have very large and full crops at night, but it empties just fine overnight this is just fine!

I would provide her with free feed and water. Continue the Monistat for a full 7 days (2X A Day). Give the Monistat orally unless you are confident that she's eating all of it with the cottage cheese.
I would not induce vomiting, you risk aspiration.

I rarely separate a bird from her flock unless she's so sick she's unable to function and is getting picked on. If she's eating/drinking and active, let her with her friends and just pull her aside to treat her daily.

Photos of her, her crop and her poop would be good.

Here's the methods of treatment I follow:

I’m having the same issue with my hen as a secondary problem to reproductive issues, if the crop doesn’t empty all the way at night does that immediately indicate sour crop/impacted crop or is it sometimes normal for chickens crops to not empty all the way through the night

As I said, exact same issue. I had suspected sour crop for so long but wasn’t convinced because there was a lack of smell. I actually learned (vet sampled her crop) that it was a gram negative bacteria that caused her sour crop. After dealing with my chicken for quite awhile I did so much research on sour crop I learned so many things can cause it, it may be worth looking at a vet if you are having a hard time coming to a conclusion. Sour crop can be through yeast (most common), bacteria, reproductive issues, impact crop, etc.

I would syringe feed the monistat because direct feeding always just ensures that she is getting everything. I don’t think it will hurt if you continue the treatment but if you see no improvement it could be another issue causing sour crop because I have no doubt it is but it may be just from something other than yeast

Your thread...https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/huge-watery-crop-after-abdominal-drainage-please-help.1625660/

The crop problem you are having I would say is a direct symptom to the reproductive issues you mentioned in your thread. Your hen has fluid in the abdomen, it was drained, but inflammation and/or infection from whatever condition is causing the fluid can constrict the digestive system.

A crop that does not empty overnight for one night - no, it's not necessarily sour, but if it continues, then certainly it will turn sour.

Is there any thread for slow crop cures? Everyone keeps directing me to the one link for sour crop and impact crop cures but I can’t find anything about slow crop. Is it the same procedure?

Same procedure.
Looking at your thread, your hen is very ill, the crop is probably going to be slow no matter what you do.

Work on her drinking/eating, let her with her friends if she's not getting picked on and let her chicken for a while longer.

Update: her crop still very full this morning.
I attached a photo of her this morning as well as a fresh poop. I’m attempting to upload two short clips as well. When she’s walking she picks up her right foot and pushes on her crop every couple steps - I’ve noticed this behavior when her crop is full. The second video is a funky neck movement I’ve never seen until I caught it on camera today

For Video, upload to Youtube and provide a link.

Has she been treated for Coccidiosis? If not, then I would do that too.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

I'd work on getting fluids into her and make wet mushy feed available to her.

Her pushing the crop up with her foot, that can be common, likely the crop is sour and itchy. I'd continue with the anti-fungal 2X a day.

I’ll order some Corid now and try it.

Last night her crop was very full and more dense than usual. I massaged, gave her antifungal and she had access to water all night.
This morning her crop was still very full but not as dense - more loose (I’m sure as a result of water intake). I noticed an increase in the lifted leg walk as well. I massaged her crop, gave her antifungal and about 3 tablespoons of liquid mash. She has access to water and grit today as well.

Continue to give her coconut/olive oil and massage 5~10 minutes several times a day. If there's no improvement, give her docusate sodium one gel or pill per day in addition to oil/massaging. Don't forget to give her probiotics everyday. Plain yogurt will work.
