Crop impaction/hard stuff in crop? Not improving after 1 week, desperate

Soooo it's been a week since these symptoms have started and a few days since I discovered that this was actually a crop issue. Here's my old thread for reference. Summary: Cookie, a 3 year old Tractor Supply Easter Egger has been lethargic, pale combed, having diarrhea and a messy bum, losing weight, and having inconsistent diet and drinking habits since last Friday (not yesterday). Earlier on I tried epsom soaks for possible egg binding and Safe-Guard horse dewormer for possible worms, but neither changed her condition. Tried olive oil + crop massage twice, tried stool softener + crop massage twice, no change in condition. She has been eating some pellet mash, lots of scrambled eggs, and drinking water when I touch her beak to it.

Today it feels like there's a couple slippery masses of pieces of hard and flat/thin stuff in her crop - almost like eggshells, but I haven't given her anything with eggshells since last week, although I mixed the shells and eggs with an emulsion blender so they were like crumb size, not as big as whatever's in her crop, and this feels new as well. She's been in an isolation crate since this started so there's no way she got to something new. She's been now standing with her eyes shut, feathers fluffed, and tail down (pic attached).

What can help break up this stuff without hurting her? Should I continue massages? I'm desperate as this takes up a lot of my time (and my thoughts when I'm not actively dealing with her) so I've slept for like, 5 hours total in the last 2 days and I keep showing up late to work. I haven't eaten much in days. As of tonight my double shifts are over for the week but I still have to work the next 3 days. Any and all advice is welcome.

Gosh, so sorry Cookie's going through all this. Had you wound up deworming her? If so, she needs probiotics afterward, such as a little bit of yogurt a couple times a day for a week or two, or just powders you can put in her water. We use Hydro-Hen.

Here are two excellent articles about crop issues that may be helpful.

I hope she gets past this!

P.S. You need to take care of yourself too. :hugs
