Crop Issues, but eating, drinking and pooping

Hello! Betty, my 17~week Easter Egger had the signs of sour crop--snake neck and puking. We flipped her over and drained her, and she seemed better...excpet there's a hard mass in her crop. I believe she was eating long grass. We've fed her mineral oil, softened food, massaged it. It's smaller, but still there. I'm wondering, if she's eating, drinking, pooping and generally seeming like a normal chicken, should I just let this go and put her back with the other chickens? I've had her separated and working her crop for 4 days. She still does the snake neck every now and then. What are your thoughts?

Long-bladed grasses are disastrous to chickens...they end up 'balling up' and are very hard to treat. You say you flipped her over' ... be very careful doing that as they can aspirate and can be fatal at times. Read this page and see if there's something that can further help you:
