Crop issues in chicks

I got eight chicks about 6 weeks ago. They have all done really well. I have taken them outside twice closely supervised and they did great. My question is day before yesterday (the day after) out second excursion outside one started acting funny. She’s been fluffing up and not as active as normal. She seems better today than yesterday. I picked her up yesterday and she had a hard lump I think where her crop is. I read some stuff and it said it could be a blocked crop. I gave her some oil and GENTLY massaged it. She did vomit anything up and is drinking water but still seems less interested in food than normal. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated I am very new to chicken tending.

Did she regurgitate anything unusual or other than chick feed?

Have you been giving them grit? Any other signs of illness, like unusual droppings?

No she didn’t regurgitate anything. Today she seems a little better and is eating grit, some food and drinking water. I hope she rebounds soon.
