Is this a full on cross beak? Should the bird be culled? I'd just assume do it now if need be. I know some people baby them, these are meat birds not pets. It is a week old now, just wonder if it's going to suffer from malnourishment if I let it go.

Looks like bad cross beak, yes.
Watch this one carefully. If you find that the duckling is eating and drinking and not getting picked on, then it should be ok to raise until it's large enough to eat.
If not, then I would suggest culling it in a humane manner. Only because it's not fair to let the duckling suffer if it can't eat or drink properly. Theres no sense in trying to baby it unless you have the time and the will to ensure it gets properly cared for.
