we use to mix Cornish rooster with some faster growth hens, like Bionda, Livornese or Siciliana, but, sometimes these super heavyweight cockerels aren't able to do their work

that's a lot better crossing O-Shamo with some heavy hens, like Jersey

when I was little boy, like my second one, I don't appreciate them so much, but, during the years, thanks also to my grampa, I've started to love their versatility, fast growth, good egg layer, they also brood, and a clean neck, absolutely beautiful, when you've got 20 or more to butcher

not last, their specially funny appearance!
