today, our brilliant mayor, decide our city got to stay the next day without water, the farmers are angry like guinea pigs! (the italian ones can be so dangerous)

a lot of things to do and so little time

I hope the next three days aren't so hot, seems to rain

I wake up earlier to feed our animals before water interruption

we need almost 3 square meters of water every day just for work (my first boy need almost 10 to do a shower)

I've carried a 6 meter tank lorry, if we stay out of, I need to pump it from the river (illegal)

sure, if it starting rain, we need much more less

i can just imagine about a family friend, whit his 300 cows

the ridiculous things is the zero time of advice before doing a dangerous action like that

Best of luck. I hope your friend's cows stay content and there are no problems (and your animals, too, of course). I spent this morning trying to imagine how we would manage for a day with no water. Let us know how it goes.

I can't imagine 300 cows and no water! Mr. Mayor is, as the kids say, a stupid head! We are lucky, no city water and a year round creek plus a spring. Unbelievable, truly...
Today, on my day off, I am planting tomatoes, getting the irrigation system working properly, and putting in a proper yard for the smelly chicks to eat grass. I also have to do dishes, laundry, and clean the house. And one of hubby's employers is getting a greenhouse delivered so I have to get the guys over to the house to work since I can't take the greenhouse off the truck in my own. What else? Bottle feeding the lambs, feeding hungry mouths, mine included. Oh, planting the herb bed and a friend of La Niña Linda is coming over for me to fit a pair of pants I am making for her.
Maybe I should get up.
