today is really hot and I'm tired as a mule, I wanna rest a little, then do something for dinner

Answares to questions:I used to live in England until three years ago. Three years ago the divorce occurred, we got sixty thousand pounds(sterling) and it was worth seventy thousand euros over here in ireland. So we moved over to buy a house, when I say we I mean me my mum and my brother. The house prices over here were bad last summer. So we managed to buy a house for sixty thousand euros on four and half acres, we also got a dutch barn and a little lean to with it. I'll post pics some other time.

We have chicken dogs and horses, we have twelve chicken two dogs and five horses.in England my dad used to have a kennel with about fourteen dogs, they were for breeding. The breeds we had were Slovakian rough hair pointers and German short haired pointers and German wire haired pointers. We also had two big barns with stables for the horses, we have a Connemara, Cleveland bays,and a thoroughbred.

The chicken breeds we have are black sumatras, black Araucanas, golden brahmas, warrens and a blue bell.since the divorce I've got into the chicken, my mum thinks I like them because I can have some independence.I like them because I get a sense of piece when I'm around them, and they are caring and careful.

Any way that's about me probably a bit to much but anyway there's a load of info.

Awesome! Those are some really nice looking horse breeds. At least from the pictures! The others just got off but they will be back later! So do you like Ireland or England better? It's question time now so hope you like answering questions from silly old me! Do people where kilts in Ireland or is that just a Scotland thing? (thank you Bill for getting that horrifying image stuck in my head!) And what is the weather like this time of year?

Hey, found it! Didn't realise this thread was quite new! Megan already knows me but for everyone else I'm Beth, live in the UK and have 3 ducks, a cat and 5 Indian runner duck eggs in the incubator! How are we all!?

All I'll be speaking about is chicken not ducks, the water fowl aren't my thing, so don't bother trying to speak to me about ducks because I wouldn't be any fun then.
