crow or not to crowe

Someone told me that EE males and Ameraucana DO NOT crow, is this true? I'm not allowed to have roo's. Could someone help me out please?

Yes EEs and Ameraucanas will crow, all roosters will though some crow less than others.

All roosters crow. Breed doesn't matter.
