    Hi have got some crow wing hens but no cock. what cock would i need to preduce crow wings,what colours or what cock. Is there a crow wing cock? could anybody tell me please thankyou [​IMG]

    Your crowing hens are most likely males. Occasionally hens crow, sort of, but it is unusual.

    OP is referring to crow wing, the color, not crowing, the vocalization. I know, was probably edited after you posted [​IMG]

    Crow wing is birchen based, so anything other than an extended black base would give crow wing offspring in the first generation (assuming the crow wing parent is E^R/E^R and not E^R/?. Cross back to crow wing and you'll continue to have all crow wings. Cross to each other and you will also have other variations, as the e-alleles mix together.
