Crowing Chick

So a few weeks ago I posted a picture of a couple of my chicks. The consensus was that yes, I do have cockerel....
Well today is his 11 week birthday. While I was outside this morning he crowed! I don't mean he tried to crow, or made a weak noise that I may have mistaken for a crow. HE CROWED. Twice.
My question is this...isn't he a little young???

Nope. I've known cockerels to crow as young as 3 weeks myself, and I've seen here that people have had chicks crowing at just days old.

Funny! I haven’t seen that yet. Now that would be adorable. It’s also so cute when the little turkey boys strut and gobble. You just want to cuddle them up but of course they’re not into that at all.

Some little cockerels are just excited to let you know they're fellas. I think it's super cute to see such tiny little buggers crowing like the big boys.
