Hi Alex,
Here are a few more pictures showing the saddle feathers.
The one that shows her/him fluffing the neck feathers. That’s a rooster thing right?

Thank you, those are sufficient for me to also go with cockerel. One can definitely spot male specific plumage beginning to peek through.

Fluffing of the hackles isn't exclusive to any one gender.

Buff orpington is 100 % a cockerel. All others appear to be pullets.
