Speckledhen, I guess as long as people want to disucss muffins - and they behave - they can muffin-talk all they want.
(It'll die on it's own in a day or so anyway - I can't believe it's gone on for 4 pages!)

I'm going to price out the difference between e.muffins and other sutable replacements. After hearing that e.muffins are fried.... (seriouisly?) I'm considering the possiblity of 'griddle cakes'. Can make up a whole bunch and keep them in some baggies... breakfast at the scale house may turn into a clasic.
