Crustiness on chickens nose and face

Is she okay I noticed this today

Is the other eye normal? I would flush the eye with saline, and clean off the crust. You may need to hold a warm wet compress over the to soften the crust, and wipe it away. Then apply some Terramycin eye ointment twice a day. Does she have any nasal drainage, sneezing, or other respiratory symptoms?

the other eye is normal. She seems to breathe through her mouth a lot.

It could possibly be scaly face mites. Ivermectin will treat it if that's the case.
