Crusty Puffy Eye

My 19 week old EE Ms Robin has a swollen eye and bumps around her mouth. She doesn't smell and is eating alittle. Her breathing sounds stuffy but not congested. I put some neosporin around her eye....please help. I have 10 other chickens. Ms Robin is inside right now. I have read alot of people giving antibiotics with needles...omg I would faint. What else can I do?

It could be signs of fowl pox with the scabs around the face and eyes. It is a virus spread by mosquitoes. Secondary infections can be common, including respiratory diseases. I would apply some plain Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment to her eyes with scabs or drainage. Make sure that her nostrils are not obstructed with dried mucus, and that she is drinking normally. Here is some reading about pox:

Yes I do see that they all have some fowl pox, I will apply that to help. Thank you
