Hi everyone,

Just an update, I've put in calls to the health dept and state of ct for approval and questions. Its been a week and I haven't heard anything as of yet. I will call both on Monday ((fingers crossed)) and hopefully get approval for the Sept 24th date and find out about out of state peeps coming.

Okay so the Health Dept in my County is on board with doing the chicken stock. They said we can do a potluck for us but, no sales of Food. I just called Mary at the State of CT and I am trying to get her blessing. If she says it's okay then it looks like we are going for it!!!

Sorry got tied up on texting!! Now I have to go cook dinner but, the State never called me back tonight. She will call me soon I'm sure. I may need some help with screening peeps coming in to make sure all have their Negative Certs for testing and we can all cook potluck and eat together at the end

Hi Everyone,

Just giving you all an update. I've hit a stand still bc I called the CT Tester Mary and asked about doing this. Apparently she asked Dr LiS two weeks ago and Dr Lis has not responded.

According to other folks I've talked to I technically do not need approval bc this is not a show or public fair. So, I will give it two more weeks and if I do not hear anything I will go pull the permit down at the town hall.

Let's pray this works!!
