Plus if you want my last extra Malay cockerel he's available. The other breeder has failed to let us know when they are gonna pick up his birds.

Or do you already have Malays? So are yours at a showing quality or somewhere around there? I haven't seen anyone else breeding them. Gamefowl breeders are hard to find. I was looking for ages for heritage malays
Cool!I breed mine to the standard as i read it. Not what some show judge that doesn't even own cubalayas says. I would call mine breeder quality although people that bought birds from me have won shows with them
I'm still just looking, second semester I am living off campus again so I am purchasing all the supplies for a brood pen to build at the house ill live in. I was rly looking for ones in the black color variety to add to Indio Gigantes to get better confirmation and color. I rly want IGs standardizedOr do you already have Malays?
I have a Malay Cockerel available for the taking. Mine are Blue Wheaten, except my Khaki, who also has barring.I'm still just looking, second semester I am living off campus again so I am purchasing all the supplies for a brood pen to build at the house ill live in. I think I am going to wait on purebreds until later. The Naga Cemani project will be a very long time coming.I have a Malay Cockerel available for the taking. Mine are Blue Wheaten, except my Khaki, who also has barring.
I'd be grateful to give him to you for your project.
In terms of Malays I really wanted to find Black malays with really great confirmation to fix the problems in confirmation and color that I saw in the Indio Gigantes I looked at from a breeder. I dont think buying one where new blood was just added to the line would produce the results I was looking for. There's a Malay Breeder here, in Michigan. They're in Lapeer(Excuse my spelling) They traded me two pullets for my two extra cockerels. His gene pool was getting restricted.
There's also another Gamefowl Breeder, I just don't remember where they're located though, but still in Michigan.
I do have a question, for the Malay that you think is closest to the standard, what are the lengths of the legs neck and torso when straightened, I wanted to see what the proportions are for them cuz I see a lot of poor quality malays where they look like they are all neck. I'm writing up a standard for my project and I want to figure out the ratio of neck to torso to legsOr do you already have Malays?
I will have to measure him later, since I'm not over at my grandpa's place right now.I do have a question, for the Malay that you think is closest to the standard, what are the lengths of the legs neck and torso when straightened, I wanted to see what the proportions are for them cuz I see a lot of poor quality malays where they look like they are all neck.
