I don't know if any of my current chicks will work out for what you might need, 4Hmom, but I have no clue how to get birds to CO from KY anyway. My 2 hillbilly aseel hens I selected for their OG characteristics (upright stance, head, muscular, one hen is white soled) and bred to a white cock. The resulting sons have mostly been brown red, but one of the 5 week olds is looking like it might be all black and small like the hens.

It's a Saigon Ganoi cock over a cubalaya hen.

Now these are the other way around in breeding. A cubalaya cock over a Saigon Ganoi hen. Pretty big difference.

Interesting. I'd take pictures of birds but its a little warm here this is going to be a long summer. It's 8:15 pm and still 100 outside!

My town that I actually am in is supposed to get up to 111 on Monday!

Do you ever sell hatching eggs from this breeding?

I have never sold hatching eggs from that cross, the mother to these is in the process of hatching eggs of her own right now.
