Cuckoo Maran? Or did she sell me the wrong breed? *Update-PICS*

I bought some cuckoo maran chicks about 9 weeks ago. They all looked the same as chicks, but as they have grown they don't look the same anymore. One is grey, several are black and 3 are colored appropriately. Is
this normal?

Not a single Cuckoo Marans there.

2nd one looks like a pullet. The first one looks like a lavender coloring. (but could be the lighting in the pic and be blue instead)

I hate it when people sell stuff that isn't really what they claim it is. I'd be going back to that person that sold you those birds and get a refund if what you specifically wanted was Cuckoo Marans. What a jerk. Not you, the lady that sold you non-Cuckoos.

I don't think she would have sold me the wrong breed on purpose. I've bought from her before. The thing that baffled me was that they all looked the same when they were small.

The other girls I got from her look like cuckoo's and its the only barred breed she has. I'm considering getting some eggs shipped to me and starting over with this breed.
