Anyone process birds in Rochester NY? Or know of where I can go to have it done?

If you're looking to eat your birds, check out the meat chicken section on BYC. If you're looking to just cull a bird, there are many many different threads on here to help you choose which was to dispatch your bird. I have tried breaking their neck with my hands and cutting the throat. Next time I will use an ax.
