The the following is a list of his physicians:
Medical
Neurologist
Gastroenterologist
Surgeon
Cardiac
ENT
Pulmonologist

And they have ordered
Emptying Study
Colo-Rectal Exam
CT of Chest and Abdomen
Pulmonary Function -- Oxygen

This should give you an idea of what has and will be done for him.

The gastroenterologist wants to wait for the results of the testing before deciding to schedule him for an endoscopy and/or colonoscopy.

His father died of stomach cancer with metastasis to the liver.

I know he is thinking about this a lot.

Started with an occasional dry cough Friday evening. Escalated to more coughing and runny nose yesterday. Slept all night with no problems. Slight cough and nasal discharge today. It appears as if my immune system is winning the battle.
 
Okay first of all, I must have been too busy or blind to be the only one to not know you've been sick, George. I'm so sorry. I thought you were on a trip or something. I'm glad you are getting better! All my best wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery!

And Karen, I never doubted that you are taking excellent care of your husband. He is in the best hands possible. We miss you when you are too busy to come on here, but completely understand. I hope they get to the bottom of all this and he is well soon!!! And I especially hope it is not stomach cancer!!! 🙏
 
Val, not to worry - we were on a trip to Disney World. Exposed to the rest of the world, I contracted some sort of 'minor' respiratory bug. Started with a dry cough Friday night. Expanded to more coughing and nasal discharge yesterday - slept last night with no problems, and absolutely minimal symptoms today. Whatever it was, my immune system seems to be rapidly winning.
