Mine about ready to bloom, but they will come up in the snow. Also one of the tulips is coming up. The irises have been up since December, but wont get flowers until spring is in the air.My crocuses are blooming!

Did you try putting them next to the new ones on the roost after dark? When they wake up together in the morning they often do better. Watch them and any that fight too much, take out until the next night. Keep doing this until they get along.
- It didn't work, putting new pullets in the coop/run. gonna put them in my house, till i figure out what to do
Did you try having them in an adjacent run for a while first? That works better here, although there is always a bit of pecking while the boss ladies teach the pullets who's in touch.
