Me too, but cream cheese is my fave! I never make cake...have only had some miserable attempts over the years, so I appreciate people who can!

I'm about ready to fall asleep. I need a nap!!! But, alas, it is time to start dinner. Going to be simple. It's pork tenderloin evening.

It is good!! I think I like it better than the buttercream!! And aw well tbh I did use a mix I’ve always wanted to try making from scratch though. Maybe one day haha but the eggs came from my chickens and I always mix it longer than it says to. I find it makes it lighter/fluffier/airier haha

And I’m about ready for a nap after my dinner. I filled up on too many chips before it but forced myself to finish it haha
