Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Thanks! I've learned my one new thing for the day now

lol! Glad I could be of assistance!

I just happen to have 50+ fruit trees in a small orchard space in my backyard and I must have researched every tree that produces edible fruit imaginable. I don't have any nut trees yet, but one day! Now if I could just get the trees I have to start producing more!

That fuzzy green thing looks sorta like an unripe rambutan fruit. They sell them here but I've never had the nerve to try them lol

I've only seen rambutan on the cooking shows. That's not the sort of thing you can find in Wyoming (at least, that I've seen).

Try one and let me know what you think!

I've had rambutan, they're pretty good! Much like Lychee and Longan fruits but a little sweeter. They're worth trying for the experience!

I'd love to have an orchard some day! In previous houses I've lived in, I've planted apple trees (and then moved) and limes, lemons & grapefruit (and then moved). One of these days I'll have to stay put long enough to get actual fruit!

I'm kind of in the same boat, I know I'll be moving eventually (probably still a few years down the road though) and I imagine it's going to be right as these trees take off with lots of fruit. lol

Good morning. I'll take a hot cup of coffee to go.
Back to work for me.
The only fruit tree I had on my current property was a pear tree that very suddenly gave up the ghost last year. It was fine one day and completely dead less than three weeks later. I had the neighbor come over with the tractor and pluck it out of the ground and put in over by the burn pile. I put a hydrangea tree in the hole left by the pear tree. It sits next to a lovely saucer Magnolia.

Good morning Tonya! Have a great day!

Morning Dobie, hope you have a good day at work!
