Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

I have been looking up recipes to make clotted cream. When I was in London, it was my very favorite thing to eat. GB cuisine is not my favorite, but one thing they know how to do better than anyone is scones with clotted cream and jelly. Now that's one way I will eat jelly! So good. If I can find the cream that's not ultra pasteurized, I'm going to give it a go.
