Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

The pink lighting is from the grow lights. I got everything off of Amazon. I'm using trying two different types of systems, Ebb/Flow for the greens and Deep Water Culture. The greens are doing well and the Ebb/Flow system and the tomatoes and peppers in the DWC are growing but have not produced any fruit yet. Gardening is my dream, I just haven't always been very successful, I am not patient enough. LOL

I love that! Maybe this is what I need to do.

That I might do. I would trust my dentist and his staff to stay home when they are sick, but not some of these country bumpkins around here.

And I would have thought Arizona would be great for a garden. It's too wet and cold here, and I suppose it's too dry and hot there? Do we all need to move to Oklahoma so we can have a garden? :D
Too hot and too dry that is absolutely it, and when we are ready to set seedlings it seems like the rest of the country is still shoveling s... (that white stuff). Once a garden gets going there is no relief, it has to be tended daily. Plants dry out and need shade adjustments constantly.

Good morning everyone! Thank you for the coffee Debby! :caf
I'm sorting seeds and getting ready to offer vegetable garden seed kits to my neighbors once I'm done packing them!

That's an awesome idea! I wish you'd share that on the thread in my signature (the one about helping others).

Cool set up for both systems! Keep us posted on how they turn out for you!

Funny as it might sound, I do have a sprinkler system for my garden. We do have a couple months in the summer when we don't get much rain and finally everything dries out. That is too much of a shock for my gardens!

It does sound like a greenhouse would be nice for you Val. It would give you a way of regulating the conditions and help keep things from getting mossy/moldy. Maybe next year once you get the new coop build behind you?

The new coop build, bonus room in the old shop, hardwood floors, kitchen and bath refurbs....etc, etc, etc. It just keeps getting moved on down the line. But, yes, maybe next year.
