The boots I have are the ones you use on boats. Even for yardwork I use them because of the fire ants. The are every where.

I'm overweight as well. Although I have lost around 70 pounds in the last year and a half. I wear boots out in the yard and chicken area. Of course I live in Florida where the ground is fairly level. My blood pressure dropped out the other day. All of a sudden I just feel like I'm falling.

But this too shall pass. We'll just give it some time.

I sure hope they find out what is going on quickly. It must be really unsettling.

I'm a bit older, 67 this year, and finding things don't work like they should anymore and it's really annoying, and sometimes scary. At my age, it doesn't pass as much as I adjust my approach to things.

That being said, I also have about 50 lbs to lose and I'm working on that. I think it will help with everything else. Or it's just the way it is now. "they" say getting old ain't for sissies, and now I know what they mean.

P.S. I know my responses are delayed these days. It's spring. What can I say? Even with the rain, things need to get done.

Finaly got the three coops cleaned here made myself pancakes do dollar size but
put raspberry jam on them ....... Scone yum

Well, that means you have the symptoms under control, and that is very much like being over it.

You obviously have an indelible spirit!!

Well no control over the joint pain, but like I say, I try to ignore it. If it gets bad I soak in the bath tub for a while. Or take a pill. But I try not to take pills, due to long time usage issues.

How did you lose weight? I think if I wasn't depressed it would be a whole lot easier to lose.

There are so many small tree stumps around, I am forever tripping on them.

We have a weight ball but like 8 lbs not huge and push away from the table a bit
