I like the woods, but I dislike dead trees and we have a lot of dead pines due to beetles. It's scary around here on a windy day!

I had to cut down 9 of my trees due to bark beetles. My property, with those trees, is near the Sequoia forest in central Cal. Made me so sad to do so!

The hardest part is missing the other trees.

Hardest part, is missing the back porch. I fell a tree landing on the porch.. a gust of wind cost me dearly!

I'm from CA also. Sequoias are huge!!! I would think you would need a professional to get through the girth of them!!

I used a chainsaw, from many different angles. One too many different angles!
