Morning everyone, the coffee is ready!

Val, I used to have a huge collection of mugs (around 200 or so). When I moved, I whittled it down to about 20...that was a hard job. I love mugs!

That's an awesome story, but probably not the best experience. You did a great job turning those around with the money you had available. I'm glad the house eventually sold, and for a good price!!!

It got me flipping houses which is one of the great loves of my life so, again, everything happens for a reason. I always find a way to make lemonade from the lemons.

Good morning. Another drippy day. So I am going shopping. Hubby got the groceries this morning, and picked up my Rxs. They forgot to fill one of my meds. What a pain.
I filled an incubator last night! And I have a tray of jiffy pods ready for seeds. Spring is getting here!
