Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Thanks! My Husband bought the containers for me a couple years ago as a Christmas gift. đź’ž He bought them at Michael's craft store. I believe they're actually for photos or something? But they're perfect for seed packages!

Gardening is going to vary a lot depending on your location so I would google to see what your growing zone is and look for suggestions based on that. I grew up gardening in Southern California with my parents and that was SO MUCH EASIER than gardening here in Georgia. I'm now in what is considered zone 8b. For my hot climate mulch has been the biggest life saver as far as keeping plants alive and the roots cooler. I plan on also trying shade cloth through the hottest months of the summer this year. We'll see how that works out!

That would be like they do for the ferns. They have a cloth over them and around the sides.

I am very much in need of hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream on top. If it isn't available could I just have the can of whipped cream?

That really sounds good. Enjoy it if anyone has it available. Good Luck.

I was in Tractor Supply today for food and pine shavings. As I was going back to the feed area I happened to see a card of sturdy plant twists fromBurpee that would be good to use for the nose piece on the masks.

I have some of those! Good idea! We doubled up some tires for holding wires like bread ties and sewed them inside. They seem to work well. Those plant ties are nice and heavy though so I wouldn't need to double!

Hmmm....am I building a customer list for chicken umbrellas?

Sorry, my flock doesn't seem to care if they get wet or not. But I bet if you offered chicken umbrellas in the buy-sell-trade forum, you'd get inquiries

I bought pipe cleaners!

Thank you for the tips! We are in zone 4b. Rather short growing season. I plan on planting most of the basics (beans, onions, lettuce, carrots, corn, peppers, etc). Hopefuly we will have some nice weather come May so I can plant as soon as possible!

Good morning everybody! Thanks for the coffee, Debby! You always make it just right!

DH made a little headway on the coop yesterday since we had a fairly clear day. :woot Queen Bee is anxious to get back out with her besties. She's actually looking really good. :yesss:
