Yeah, I might have to check next time I got to Martinsville. I get my feed there, and there are lots of other stores.Oh no! Wonder why we have it fully stockedI noticed the smaller grocery stores has minimal amounts but the larger stores were fully stocked here.

I love doing that! I call it investment cooking. I have a set of recipes for chicken that I got out of a magazine 20 or 30 years ago that I still make. It is organized to spend a day cooking and end up with 6 different meals that actually make more like 20 meals for us. At least. When I first started doing it, I could buy everything for under $100. Not anymore.Doing ok here, thanks Val!
The snow we got the other day is melting (yay!) and the sun is shining, so even though it's only 31* it feels better than it sounds.
I'm getting some meal prep stuff cooked up in the kitchen for a few future meals. Catching up on emails. Playing with the cats.
