Good morning everyone! Thanks for the coffee, Debby and Ladies Eight!

Beef Stroganoff. Haven't had that since the 70's. I was working with my boss/boyfriend and one client (a great cook) brought some for us. I never had it before or since(fast food places I can afford don't sell it). It was the most delicious food I have even eaten.

Glad I had it before someone very in the know, said "If you saw her kitchen, you never would have eaten a bite of it."

Beef stroganoff is not hard to make at all. And last night it was a piece of cake because I did it with leftovers. I have a feeling this is a dish that originated from a creative cook looking for something to do with leftover beef.

I had to keep the guineas penned up for a month when I changed them to another coop.

Oh my! I hope I don't have to do that!!! A day or two should be fine. After that these free-spirited squackers might file a petition for a new home entirely!

52 and blue skies here atm. Didn't have the heart to keep chickens in the coop on the only dry day we'll have in a week. They are out enjoying the sun.

Today's plan: put fence up around the old coop. Abby popped out of the new coop and ran to the old one to lay her egg. It is closed up, so now she is stressed.

We've been busy here. The project list is long, but we are slowing checking things off. We spent the weekend tilling up our land getting it ready for seeding. It's a dusty mess right now but cant wait until we have green acreage

Hopefully we will finish today and seed this week

I'm so happy you got them moved to their new coop! I'm sure it will take sometime to adjust but they will love it in the end. Enjoy the sunny day! Its gorgeous here as well.
