Beef stroganoff is one of my favorites :drool very easy and quick to make. I think its almost better tasting the second day.

Beef stroganoff is not hard to make at all. And last night it was a piece of cake because I did it with leftovers. I have a feeling this is a dish that originated from a creative cook looking for something to do with leftover beef.
Oh my! I hope I don't have to do that!!! A day or two should be fine. After that these free-spirited squackers might file a petition for a new home entirely!

It is a wet day out. I'm delaying opening Surly Girl and Lucy 2's coop. Lucy 2 is so small, and I'm afraid Surly will be hopping out with her the minute I open the door. That worries me a bit. Perhaps I'll lay out fresh straw in their little run. 🤔
