Hey there, Pernear! Good to see you. How has life been treating you during all this crazy stay at home stuff?

I'm doing fine, thank you. I do pretty much what I need to do without letting all this stuff get me down. I don't like that I'm being blocked from seeing my grandkids but I guess I have to honor their wishes.

This is Java my new hen! They will have their own coop away from the rest of the flock. Hopefully they will give me pretty chicks soon!

I think that is the hard part, not being able to see loved ones. Since we can be carriers with no symptoms, or they could, it makes sense to me. And I don't want to start a controversy here, but the whole thing feels like over kill out here in the country. Apparently it does to a lot of other folks here too. When I go to town, I'm in the 20% of people wearing a mask. But, we stay away from our kids. Go figure.
