Happy to come for a cuppa, mines a tea, very strong , milk no sugar please, it’s been nearly two weeks since 7 little ladies changed our lives ( and our garden) upside down! The current co#######se situation had increased tension at home but I have discovered that the innocence of our ladies is so joyful, they run to greet us in the morning and enjoy a snuggle on a vacant lap, they click and croon and play chase with sparrows!it’s true that there is wonder in the most simple things and I am reconnecting with a simpler time from my own childhood , rambling over now just going to ‘muck out’

All kinds of birds bring peace to my life, so I know exactly what you mean. We are all lucky, since we have to be home so much, to have chickens and wild birds to watch.

The funny thing is while I was trying to get pics of the others she jumped up on the feeder and nipped my hand like trying to say "Hey I'm right here!!"
