Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

That's what I'm talking about. :rant Now that I have the time to get up and go, I don't have the get up and go! :(

But, I have my chickens and they keep me moving. I also have this property to care for and all the wild birds and squirrels that entertain me endlessly. And of course my domestic cats and dog. Life is good. Just want the body to get with the program, so I'm on this 90 day quest to make that happen.

This is what I say every time I get up: "Ima jump up and run out and do ______!" This is what I do: hobble, crackle, limp... :lau
I think you have the right idea. That is very much how I'm going to go about it. I'm about backing away from the table, and adding in more exercise.
I eat more veggies to fill up when I am trying to lose. I always drink lots of water.
 
Just so so - I stay on BYC as long as I can so I won't read more bad stuff about the virus.

The new doctor started me back on the anti-depressant. I told him it has to be started low and gradually increased. So he prescribed 30 days at 20 mg. We'll see how that goes.

I was surprised the pharmacy lady said it was free. My usual prescrips(generic) are $ 1.25
