But, I have my chickens and they keep me moving. I also have this property to care for and all the wild birds and squirrels that entertain me endlessly. And of course my domestic cats and dog. Life is good. Just want the body to get with the program, so I'm on this 90 day quest to make that happen.
This is what I say every time I get up: "Ima jump up and run out and do ______!" This is what I do: hobble, crackle, limp...
I think you have the right idea. That is very much how I'm going to go about it. I'm about backing away from the table, and adding in more exercise.

I have IBD with C, take 2 or 3 senna every night, it helps a lot!I do also Cap am on a fiber for IBD seems to help some but time for bed here got up so early
