So excited! This is the coop I am having built! Hubby is working on the big ones for me so I asked my parents ( who are retired) to build me one! This is what they have done so far. Said it should be done by next weekend! :wee :ya All my babies are growing so fast. Now they will have somewhere to go when they leave the brooder.

Hhey Val did a great thing made belgian waffles tonight they turned out great
Belgian Waffles
Ingredients


2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Large Eggs Separated
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron, spray with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate medium bowl mix together the egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the egg whites.
Pour the batter onto your hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions**

They sound delicious, Penny! I might have to give a try this week.
 
Good morning, Debby! Looking forward to the day. We have finally started going for walks and that is making a huge difference! We have a mile long forested loop to walk around here. I'm so happy to be out doing something. I'm helping with the chickens now, which makes me really happy too.

How about you? Probably bigger plans than me. lol

Val, im so glad to hear you are doing well! It's amazing what walking can do for the body.
