Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Good morning, Debby. Thanks for the coffee! :caf

Here's an update for anyone who wants to know:

I had my oncologist visit yesterday. Chemo for a minimum of 3 years, probably 10 years, and maybe life. CT Scans every 6 months. That's quite a sentence. But, honestly, I just feel like I'm in such good hands. This oncologist is the foremost expert on my particular type of tumor and people come to see him from states all over, west of the Mississippi. That is pretty comforting. He's been treating them for 22 years.

I can do this through Christ who strengthens me!

The chemo will not be the kind that makes me lose my hair, and they have medications to mitigate nausea, swelling, and any other symptom that pops up. Modern medicine is pretty amazing.

Good morning everyone. Thanks for coffee Debby!

Wow Val, that seems like a tough row to hoe. I'm happy you're in good hands though and you've got a great outlook on it. :hugs

Glad to hear you are in such great hands Val . Isaiah 41:10 always helps me through hard times! How about some chickies to put a smile on your face! :love
