She was 5 minutes late. I'd get docked points for that. I just expect the same behavior from those in charge as they expect from me. I think that's just mutual respect.

But then I'm one of those that's always early. DH is one of those that's always late. I guess that averages out so together we're on time.

My DH is his own boss so that doesn't work here. But to be fair, he puts in more hours working than anyone else.
