Sort of a random thought, but would anyone speculate as to why the large majority of chicken owners are women?

I think men and women both keep chickens, but men would not be so inclined to spoil them and talk about them incessantly on BYC.

That's what I think too Val...women are more chatty and sociable than a lot of men (just in general, I know there are exceptions).
