I'm talking to DH about this. Why doesn't he have one?The "Watchman" is piece that is inserted into an apex inside the atrium. The top of it has a filligre look that the tissue adheres to as it grows. Once it is covered with tissue the clots don't have a place to sit. The doctors describe it as looking like a jellyfish.
His neurologist says it is great.
