Curios about this egg

This morning I cracked open a egg. It had a huge glob in the egg white. It looked like some one stuffed gum in it and it was floating around. The egg was a little cracked and has been sitting on my counter for about a week. This thing was about the size of a quarter. I am aware about it being out inside of in fridge. I always put them in the fridge.Any ideas of what it is?
BTW I did not eat threw out.

sorry no but it was hard and squishy.

no it was a light brown color.

I'm guessing a 'lash egg', search for pics might confirm.
Best to take pics, with something for scale-like a coin,
and do some dissection(with more pics) when finding chicken oddities.
