GIve them time let them have tonight then if you dont have any pips you can take them out and candle them if you want tammrow.

If it's Celsius that sounds pretty close. I use Fahrenheit at 100*

37.5˚C = 99.5˚F

and 38˚C its little over 100 (100.4˚F) but will be OK. You need to maintain between 37 to 38.
