Hey everyone,

My broody hen just hatched 6 chickies and hopefully 2 more in the next day or so :) I am trying to figure out what breeds they are as I got the eggs from a friend who has a ton of different chickens, hard to say what hen the eggs actually came from. Let me know what you think! There's one thats yellow with black stripes and I cannot find it anywhere online, curious what you guys think he/she is!

Thanks in advance!
I’m thinking a few are Easter Eggers... but am probably really far off and wrong, I had a polish that looked exactly like the white and black spotted one, still don’t know what type she is, but she turned out all brown....

Super similar and so adorable...I'll keep you updated on how she/he matures!

If your friend has a bunch of different chickens, you have barnyard mixes, not breeds. You may be able to guess at the mix if these are a first generation cross rather than mixes of mixes but without knowing what your friend has, it's really just guessing.

I was thinking mixes too cuz after I looked again I didn’t see the green feet EEs have...
