I don't believe this is bumble foot, primarily because it did not have the black spot, was on the top of the foot and it did not have a core (as seen in countless googled images). After an Epsom salt bath and some squeezes without causing pain, I cut it open. Only a trickle of blood and dry white/cream stuff (presumably puss) that was easy to fluff out of the incision with an exacto tip. All cleaned up, back with the flock and seems much happier. I'm hoping just a standard knick or scrape for a duck. Id rather practice prevention than tinker with my birds as a "google MD" so I'm hoping to learn more. Do tell...
