'Something' today - not certain what just yet, but cabin/wind fever is setting in.

Okay, today we saw "If Beale Street Could Talk" - a potentially good story/tragedy poorly told. Acting was fine, but direction lacking. I found myself yawning far too much during what should have been an enthralling film. Princess gives it 2.5 stars. I will only go 2.

Do you think you will be going to see the Peter Jackson movie re: World War One? Don't know when that is coming out. But bet it will be HUGE and quite a tear jerker.

Still haven't seen "A Dog's Way Home" - that's next on my list. I can't remember whether or not you saw this ?

Thor trilogy was awesome! (M) I loved Loki and Thor especially. It is so entertaining! Big thumbs UP! 5 star!

Also loved Heimdahl (probably spelled wrong). Love Idris in anything.

Well after all the hype and award nominations for The Favourite we went to see it last night and it was a load of pretentious tosh. I have never seen anything less entertaining and probably should have walked out half way through. I not only found it boring, obnoxious, offensive and unrealistic but I came out feeling ripped off, miserable and grumpy. The only award nominations should be for the costume department. The actors may have given reasonable performances but having accepted such dire roles in a production with little or no ethical, moral or entertainment value they lose my admiration before they even start acting. Total and utter piffle!..... can you tell I'm not a happy bunny!
