My son just ordered tickets for Bohemian Rhapsody - he's dating the same girl for a few weeks now. Hope she is the one! I'd love to be a grandma.

I read it when I was 9 (yes, early reader! I love reading!) and have read it 6 times in total!

I also remember it being a huge book to carry back and forth to school

I can see your reasoning. My wife was desperate for grandchildren in her early 60s if you can believe it. My oldest daughter is "delivering" for her though with our first grandchild due in June. It all happened very fast, marriage to grandchild in 18 months so there is hope.

My son saw a limited release movie (Netflix) at an AMC theater. It is called " The Wandering Earth." He & I both thought it would be about earthquakes & volcanoes. no such luck.

He said it was about moving earth with many, many, rockets to get it out of the path of the sun that was burning much more intensely than normal. He put it eloquently but, my take is it really stunk

Just saw annihilation and immediate thumbs down. This movie takes several liberties to make it the millennial invasion of the body snatchers and fails on all accounts
