An institutionalized downs syndrome young man with dreams of becoming a professional wrestler and a down on his luck crab fisherman enlisted to help get him to a wrestling school - sound like much of a plot ? Nah, not to me either, but the Princess and I were looking for a movie so we went to see "The Peanut Butter Falcon"- humorous, heartwarming, well acted - many laughs during the movie, and applause when the movie was over. Easy 4 stars from both the Princess and me. See it if it plays anywhere near you.

There is a family owned/independent theater that shows many non main stream movies - we have seen some great films there. This film was presented there.

Today I was dragged to see 'Downton Abbey". Here all along I have been thinking it was Down Town Abby. Princess follows the show on TV so she knew the characters. I spent the first half of the movie trying to dislike it and trying to figure out who was who. Once the characters made some sense I enjoyed the movie - great acting, costuming, and cinematography. Because I was lost the first half of the movie I only go 2.5. The Princess goes 4 +. If you watch the show on television you will probably like this movie.

I just watched "bicentennial man" I think the name was, I think it was PG-13/14 and T.H.U.M.B.S UP! It was a very good movie.

My sister is crazy about 'Downton Abbey" we never agree on movies or much else. I'll probably see "Ad Astra" this weekend.

It is a service that filters out all of the crap in movies, and you choose what it filters out, it is truly awesome for people that like to watch movies without all of the vulgar language, and inappropriate crap in movies. Disney has already tried to sue them, and they ended up just restricting vidangel from filtering disney movies, so you cant watch any movies made by disney on there, but you can watch everything else. You should totally check it out! I am a Christian and have been using this for atleast a yr now, and it is really amazing!
